In this new season we take the city of Los Angeles, where we make our next stop: Rosalind’s Ethiopian Cuisine. Known for being LA’s first Ethiopian restaurant, Rosalind’s has opened the door for many Ethiopian business and cultural centers in the now ‘Little Ethiopia’ district and Fairfax Avenue.
