President Obama recently visited the Henry Ford Museum in Dearborn, Michigan. While there, he sat on the bus that Rosa Parks made famous by refusing to be made to sit in the back because she was African-American. Obama’s reason for paying homage to Parks was to “ponder the courage and tenacity that is part of our recent history.”
