In an interview with ABC News, former Vice President Dick Cheney calls President Barack Obama “one of our weakest presidents.”

In his first interview since receiving a heart transplant in March, Cheney told ABC “I’m not a big fan of President Obama,” and adding “you’d be hard put to find any Democratic president that I’ve disagreed with more.”

Cheney’s latest comments come after calling Obama “an unmitigated disaster to the country” earlier this year, at the Wyoming Republican Party state convention.

While Cheney has expressed his support for the presumptive Republican nominee, Mitt Romney, in this year’s presidential election, he is reportedly going on a fishing trip rather than attending the Republican National Convention in Tampa.
