Luther Vandross was outed as gay after his death.

The always outspoken and opinionated Star Jones stopped by The Wendy Williams Show this morning to discuss the recent presidential election, Donald Trump’s comments about Obama, and more.

During the interview Williams asked the former co-host what she felt about Clueless star Stacey Dash’s controversial endorsement of Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney.

“I encourage African-Americans, brown people to be involved in politics, because you know I encourage you to be a part of both national parties,” Jones said. “But if you have a vagina, brown skin, and a brain, I don’t see how you could have endorsed Romney.”

Jones continued, listing the reasons why she was opposed to the Romney-Ryan ticket.

“Romney-Ryan was against health, voter suppression, and every major policy flipped throughout the campaign. So, you do you, endorse who your gonna endorse, but understand, I’m gonna come for it.”

The 50-year-old TV personality also weighed in on Donald Trump’s announcement last month that he would pay President Obama $5 million to reveal his college transcripts and passport records.

Jones said that Trump’s effort to cast the president as an “other” bothered her and was a step too far.

“You wanna just pull it back and pump your brakes a little bit,” said Jones. “Especially when you are talking about subjects as sensitive as these are.”

Jones also gave an update on her fictional novel about a long-running talk show hosted by four women, Satan’s Sisters, which she is attempting to turn into a film. “I had a producer’s call yesterday and the script is about to be presented to VH1.”
