Chivalry is apparently not dead at the White House.
It was a quick “save” today in Houston as President Barack Obama and first lady Michelle Obama started to walk up the ramp to Air Force One when it appeared that a gust of wind would challenge the first lady’s vanity.
The quick thinking president gently slid his hand to prevent the skirt from flying up and allowing the situation from becoming too revealing.
Upon arrival some 40 minutes later in Austin, the wind once again challenged the first lady’s skirt.
The president once again moved to help preserve the first lady’s privacy.
