Remixed 90's cartoon theme songs go viral

If you grew up in the 90s, you probably remember the theme song to your favorite cartoon.

New York musician Scott Bradlee took this concept and turned it into a live band, Postmodern Jukebox.

An “offshoot” of the group is Saturday Morning Slow Jams and features singers belting out R&B versions of Pokemon and the classic theme to Ducktales.  

It’s definitely worth a listen.

Last week, the band launched a YouTube series.  The options are still scarce, but we pray we get a Darkwing Duck and Jodeci collaboration in the near future.

The group will release its third spinoff of a cartoon on Saturday.
