Coincidentally, those are three main elements that also went into creating an extraordinary new story cookbook filled with amazing cross-cultural cuisine, titled Belcour: Jamaican, French and Chinese Family Recipes for Entertaining.
Written and created by author Robin Lim Lumsden, the book offers more than just great recipes for both meals and drinks — it also tells the story of one Jamaican family’s journey from Asia and Europe to the Carribean island.
Lumsden captures her diverse family heritage in a compelling cookbook that shares recipes passed down through three generations.
