The 45-year-old rapper’s first Instagram post, under the screen name HovSince96, shows a montage of him wearing a New York Knicks jersey while embracing the King of Pop.
The caption reads, “Happy Birthday to the King! This may be my first and last post.”
The two men had a mutual respect for each other and even collaborated on music, most famously when Jackson sang background vocals on Jay Z’s hit single, Girls, Girls, Girls.
Jackson would have been 57 years old this weekend.
