Kanye West’s longtime collaborator Rhymefest sincerely believes he ‘needs help’
The day after Chicago writer Rhymefest won another Grammy for penning Glory along with Common and John Legend, he is making headlines for comments he recently made about Kanye West.
The day after Chicago writer Rhymefest won another Grammy for penning Glory along with Common and John Legend, he is making headlines for comments he recently made about Kanye West.
The rapper, who was once very close to the fellow Chicago native, is now saying he believes his old friend and former co-writer is in need of “spiritual and mental” counseling.
“My brother needs help, in the form of counseling. Spiritual & mental,” Rhymefest tweeted Friday. “He should step away from the public … & heal.”
He also went on to share his speculation’s that West’s “mind and spirit” weren’t “right” and that he hasn’t had any luck intervening in what he sees as a growing issue.
