After her grandmother, Caprina Harris, posted a video of her crying because she didn’t want President Obama to leave the White House, little Kameria found herself in the national spotlight.

Kameria shares a birthday with President Barack Obama, and she wrote him a letter asking if she could meet him before his tenure as the president was up: “I don’t want you to leave the White House. I want to meet you before you leave the White House.”

Twitter uses #ObamaAndKids hashtag to celebrate POTUS’s legacy

In a new video posted to Instagram, Kameria’s dream came true. Not only did she get to meet the president but she also got a hug and a picture.

When she told the president that she was working hard in school, he told her, “You’ve got to be a reader now.”
