‘He’s not the victim”: Chris Brown’s accuser speaks out amidst claims she’s conspiring with mother of his child

Luther Vandross was outed as gay after his death.

According to Chris Brown’s lawyer, Mark Geragos, Friday, police were unable to find any guns or diamond cross jewelry in the home when they searched it.

“As far as I can tell, there were no drugs found. As far as I can tell, there were no guns found in the house,” Geragos said as he was giving a press conference.

“There was no jewelry found in the house that matched what she described,” he went on, casting further doubt on the story that Baylee Curran told to police about Brown pointing a gun at her head in the pre-dawn hours Tuesday.

The case has so far been filled with twists and turns with the latest being that Curran may have ties to Nia Guzman, the mother of Brown’s child.

Brown and Guzman have been locked in a bitter custody battle for months, with him winning some recent court battles.

“One of the things we’re investigating is that there are now reports the accuser has a relationship with the mother of his child,” Geragos stated.

“What’s particularly disturbing to me is that this comes on the heels of a custody battle that he won — and that the lawyer in Houston who represented the mother of Royalty immediately came out and was making statements.”

During the incident at Brown’s home, Guzman’s attorney, Carl Moore, spoke to E! News and clearly stated that Brown’s daughter, Royalty, was at the home.

“That is categorically false. She was not in the house,” Geragos stated on Friday.

Before she was picked up by a friend from Brown’s home, Curran sent text messages that cast doubt on her story of what happened that night.

In one, she called Brown a “motherf—er” who was “going to go down,” and the other stated “I’m going to say he tried to shoot me.”

These texts have yet to be authenticated, but if they are, Curran could be the one who ends up behind bars.
