As the public and the media pay close attention to the FBI’s inquiry into Hillary Clinton’s emails, a federal lawsuit filed against Donald Trump alleging that the Republican presidential nominiee raped a 13-year old girl in 1994 seems to have received little attention this election cycle.
In a complaint filed in federal court in New York in June, a woman referred to as Jane Doe alleges that Trump and convicted pedophile and billionaire Jeffrey Epstein raped her 22 years ago when she was a minor:
“Plaintiff was subject to acts of rape, sexual misconduct, criminal sexual acts, sexual abuse, forcible touching, assault, battery, intentional and reckless infliction of emotional distress, duress, false imprisonment, and threats of death and/or serious bodily injury by the Defendants that took place at several parties during the summer months of 1994,” the lawsuit reads. “The parties were held by Defendant Epstein at a New York City residence that was being used by Defendant Epstein at 9 E. 71st St. in Manhattan. During this period, Plaintiff was a minor of age 13 and was legally incapable under New York law of consenting to sexual intercourse and the other sexual contacts detailed herein.”
The lawsuit was previously dismissed when it was first filed in April in Los Angeles Federal Court.

The woman is expected to make her first public appearance in a press conference Wednesday in Woodland Hills, California, according to her attorney Lisa Bloom.
According to Doe, she was enticed by promises of money and a modeling career to attend parties with other minor girls at Epstein’s residence. Trump — who had known Epstein for seven years at the time — had initiated sexual contact with Doe at four different parties, according to the suit.
During the fourth and last sexual encounter with Trump, Doe alleges, the now-presidential candidate tied her to a bed, exposed himself to her and then forcibly raped her. The then-13-year old claimed she loudly pleaded with Trump to stop, but to no avail. “Defendant Trump responded to Plaintiff’s pleas by violently striking Plaintiff in the face with his open hand and screaming that he would do whatever he wanted,” the complaint added.

Doe said that immediately after Trump raped her, he threatened her that “were she ever to reveal any of the details of the sexual and physical abuse of her by Defendant Trump, Plaintiff and her family would be physically harmed if not killed.” Epstein also allegedly raped Doe anally and vaginally despite her pleas to stop and “then attempted to strike Plaintiff about the head with his closed fists while he angrily screamed at Plaintiff that he … rather than Defendant Trump, should have been the one who took Plaintiff’s virginity, before Plaintiff finally managed to break away from Defendant Epstein.”
“Both defendants let Plaintiff know that each was a very wealthy, powerful man and indicated that they had the power, ability and means to carry out their threats,” the lawsuit read.
According to The Guardian, a federal judge in New York has set a December 16 date for Trump’s lawyers to appear in court:
The order raises the extraordinary prospect, were Trump to win the [November 8] battle for the White House, of counsel for a US president-elect being called into federal court in proceedings relating to allegations of rape of an underage girl.
Epstein, a billionaire hedge fund mogul, served 13 months of an 18-year prison sentence for soliciting an underage girl for prostitution. He reportedly settled over a dozen lawsuits from minor girls he recruited to provide “massages” at his mansion in Palm Beach.
“I’ve known Jeff for fifteen years. Terrific guy,” Trump said of Epstein, as reported by New York magazine on October 28, 2002. “He’s a lot of fun to be with. It is even said that he likes beautiful women as much as I do, and many of them are on the younger side. No doubt about it — Jeffrey enjoys his social life.”
Meanwhile, two witnesses named in the suit — known as Tiffany Doe and Joan Doe — support Jane Doe’s accusations. Both women say they worked as “party planners” for Epstein, paid to “attract adolescent women” to his New York mansion. Tiffany Doe swore in a written declaration that she witnessed Trump forcing Jane Doe to have sexual encounters with him on four occasions, including forcible rape on the final occasion.
Further, she claims she witnessed Trump forcing Jane Doe and a 12-year-old girl identified as “Maria” to perform oral sex on him, after which time he physically abused both of the girls:
“I personally witnessed Defendant Trump telling the Plaintiff that she shouldn’t ever say anything if she didn’t want to disappear like the 12-year-old female Maria, and that he was capable of having her whole family killed,” said Tiffany Doe in the lawsuit.
This lawsuit comes as a growing number of women have come forward accusing the Republican presidential nominee of sexual assault.
Back in April, Trump called the rape allegations “categorically false” and “disgusting,” even referring to them as politically-motivated.
Epstein also denies the allegations.
