Vivica Fox makes peace with 50 Cent: ‘He was my true love’

Luther Vandross was outed as gay after his death.

Viviva A. Fox and 50 Cent were both at the recent Knicks game, and in speaking to Wendy Williams about the encounter, Fox admitted that she and 50 Cent had made peace.

Fox said that neither of them knew that they were both going to be there, but rather than avoid her ex, she said that she walked over to him to make peace.

“It is so time for this to be over with,” she said, “as far as beefing back and forth.”

So, she said, she approached 50 Cent with a peace offering: “I walked over to him, and I said, ‘Happy New Year’.”

The whole thing, she said, was done in private: “no fans, no cameras, no nothing.”

“Someone has to be the bigger person,” Fox said. “And so I walked over to him, and we sat, I gave him a hug, we talked for a few minutes, and that was that.”

“Listen,” she added, “I know you guys don’t know it, but I will always have love for him. As much as we’ve been through, I will always have love for him. I’ve said that he was literally like my true love… I hated to have to beef with him.”
