Russian president Vladimir Putin is preparing for his first meeting with Donald Trump since Trump won the 2016 presidential election, and according to NBC News, part of the prep work on Russia’s side includes a dossier that Russian officials are putting together concerning Trump’s mental health.

“Very serious preparatory work is going on in the Kremlin, including a paper — seven pages — describing a psychological portrait of Trump, especially based on this last two to three months, and the last weeks,” former Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Andrei Fedorov explained on Monday.

Fedorov went on to say that he believed Trump “doesn’t understand” Putin. He also expressed concern over the president’s “constant battle” with the press and told the president to “sort of his domestic problems” before even beginning to schedule a meeting with Putin. What’s more, he suggested that it would be expedient for Putin to “listen to the people around him, especially in the areas where he is weak.”

“Trump cannot come to a meeting with Putin as a loser,” he said.

Fedorov added that while many Russians were glad to see Trump get elected, the mood is shifting in Russia.

“(Trump) is dancing on thin ice,” he said. “It’s a risky game.”
