Former Vice President Joe Biden had a touching message for Veep star Julia Louis-Dreyfus after hearing of her breast cancer diagnosis.

“We Veeps stick together. Jill and I, and all of the Bidens, are with you, Julia.”

He added a photo of him and Louis-Dreyfus that was taken from a spoof they did for the 2014 White House Correspondents Dinner.

She retweeted and responded to his comments saying, “@JoeBiden yes we do. Love back to all of you.”

Both are outspoken advocates of cancer research. Biden’s son Beau died of brain cancer in 2015 and since then, Biden and his wife Jill have started the Biden Cancer Initiative in his honor.
