Luther Vandross was outed as gay after his death.

The war of words between LaVar Ball and President Donald Trump doesn’t seem to have an end point in sight.

On Wednesday morning, Trump slammed Ball, calling him the “poor man’s version of Don King, but without the hair.”

Clearly, the president is still upset about the CNN interview in which Ball steadfastly refused to thank Trump for helping to get his son LiAngelo Ball and two other UCLA basketball players home to the U.S. The young athletes landed themselves in hot water by shoplifting in China.

–LeVar Burton bombarded with angry tweets from Trump fans who think he’s LaVar Ball–

“It wasn’t the White House, it wasn’t the State Department, it wasn’t father LaVar’s so-called people on the ground in China that got his son out of a long term prison sentence – IT WAS ME. Too bad! LaVar is just a poor man’s version of Don King, but without the hair. Just think..,” Trump tweeted.

Trump didn’t stop there, he went on to say, “LaVar, you could have spent the next 5 to 10 years during Thanksgiving with your son in China, but no NBA contract to support you. But remember LaVar, shoplifting is NOT a little thing. It’s a really big deal, especially in China. Ungrateful fool!”

Something tells us this isn’t going to blow over well.
