Jesse Williams ordered to pay estranged wife more money in spousal support
The Grey's Anatomy star has not choice but to share his coins despite complaints of not seeing his children.
Jesse Williams has been ordered to pay his estranged wife, Aryn Drake-Lee, over $50,000 per month in spousal support.

According to court documents obtained by People, Williams will pay Drake-Lee $50,695 per month, starting later this month. He will also pay her $33,242 for last December.
As for Drake-Lee, the additional funds are to help her cover her mortgage in which she “shall be responsible for and shall timely pay all expenses relating to the parties’ family residence.”
TMZ also reported that Drake-Lee will be getting half of all of Williams’ residuals for work from Sept. 1, 2012 through April 10, 2017. Williams will also pay her $50,000 in advance for her legal fees.
A Messy Divorce
Williams and Drake-Lee were granted joint legal custody over their two children, Sadie, 4, and Maceo, 2. But the two of them have been in an ugly and often public fight over the kids since they separated.
Last November, they struck an overnight deal, but according to Williams, he has not been able to spend the time he was allotted with his children during the holidays on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. What’s more, Williams says Drake-Lee kept the kids to herself on New Year’s Day.
In addition to keeping the kids away physically, Williams also claims that Drake-Lee only answers about a third of his FaceTime calls. And when she does answer, the calls only last for a few minutes, leaving him unable to truly connect with the children.

Williams and Drake-Lee have been struggling with their custody arrangements for months. Last September, a judge ordered them not to communicate with each other at all outside of an app that allows feuding, divorcing parents to coordinate information about their children amicably.
The former couple have also been given directive to not “make derogatory remarks about the other parent” in front of their children, according to In Touch.
This spousal support agreement is just the latest in what continues to be a long, drawn out battle over the end of their marriage.
