Good afternoon! It’s Tuesday and we’re feeling a nice little energy boost from today’s Oscar nominations, seeing the likes of Denzel Washington, Jordan Peele and Mary J. Blige in the mix (this woman’s comeback game is SO strong).

It’s also nice to see that black unemployment is at a record low.  Just make note that the racial unemployment gap between blacks and whites still doesn’t reflect the American dream…

And there’s still hope in the world because a bunch of kids from Harlem are getting #BlackPantherChallenge treat very soon.
