Kevin Hart divulges the big spender's identity during run-in with TMZ.
It was an all-star affair this week at a Los Angeles steakhouse, as Black comedy legends and celebs came together for the ultimate power dinner.
Comic greats Kevin Hart, Chris Rock, Eddie Murphy, Dave Chappelle and Chris Tucker, joined by Dwyane Wade, Gabrielle Union and Usher, all posed for an epic group photo after feasting at Mastro’s Steakhouse in LA.
The photograph quickly generated fanfare, and with so many millions at one dinner table many were left wondering one question: who paid for the bill?

The answer we’ve been waiting for
Thankfully, TMZ managed to get a hold of Hart to ask what the entire internet was itching to know.
When asked about how a group of power players determines who should pick up the check, Hart revealed that while normally he typically offers to do it before anyone else, this time around it was Chris Rock who paid for dinner.
“Chris Rock should’ve paid because he never pays,” he said. “It’s about time he paid.”
No matter who ultimately paid for the bill, we would have loved to be a fly on the wall during the star-studded dinner. We’re almost certain it was a night of fun and pure hilarity.
