Blac Chyna shows off teenage boyfriend and Black Twitter wants to know if he’s legal

Luther Vandross was outed as gay after his death.

Blac Chyna got herself a young buck—and she’s raising a few eyebrows with her new beau YBN Almighty Jay.

The 29-year-old seemed to confirm her new romance with the Houston rapper, walking hand-in-hand and getting cozy on a date night out in Studio City, according to the Daily Mail.

But Black Twitter wants to know if her new man is even legal.

YBN Almighty Jay is reportedly 18 so Blac Chyna should be in the clear to pursue this new relationship.

And even though Chyna is apparently ready to go public with her new man, HollywoodLife.com reports that she’s not happy that people are shading her new relationship with a much younger man. She reportedly thinks that she’s being held to an unfair double standard by dating a younger man.

“Chyna doesn’t care about the backlash she’s receiving and the jokes coming her way about dating an 18-year-old guy. Kourtney [Kardashian] is 38 and Younes (Bendjima) is 24, so why aren’t people jumping all over her for dating a much younger dude? People seem to just want to kill Chyna on social media over dating a younger dude and she’s had it,” a source close to Chyna told HollywoodLife.com.

Sex tape drama

Hopefully Blac Chyna’s new relationship won’t end with a revenge porn scandal. A sex tape featuring Chyna leaked online last month sparking outrage.

An anonymous Twitter user posted the video, which reportedly showed Chyna engaging in oral sex with a man. And as the footage began trending immediately, her attorney Lisa Bloom slammed the post on Twitter.

“Revenge porn — posting explicit images without the consent of everyone in those images — is a crime, a civil wrong, and a form of domestic abuse,” Bloom wrote in defense of her client Blac Chyna. “It’s also a way to try to slut shame women for being sexual. Girls have killed themselves over revenge porn. It’s not a joke.”

It doesn’t matter, Bloom added, if the people in a tape consented to being recorded. What does matter is whether they consented to sharing that recording with the rest of the world.

“Our bodies, our choice, each and every time,” Bloom said.

Unfortunately this isn’t the first time that Blac Chyna has had to deal with revenge porn.

Her ex Rob Kardashian reportedly posted nude photos of Chyna on Instagram after the two of them broke up. She has since sued him for revenge porn. Kardashian denies the allegations.

According to TMZ, Blac Chyna’s ex-boyfriend Mechie has identified himself as the man in sex tape and was the one that filmed the explicit encounter on her phone last year.

Mechie also claims he has no idea how the sexual encounter was released.
