Auntie Maxine Waters ain’t got time for President Donald Trump.
Time reports that Waters is one of its top influencers of the year and rightfully so since time is her thing.
She will reclaim her time. She will dismiss folks quickly if they waste her time. And ain’t nobody got time to fight the powers that be to get Trump impeached.
So during the TIME 100 Gala on Tuesday night, Congresswoman Waters asked Trump to save her some time.
“Please resign. So that I won’t have to keep up this fight of your having impeached because I don’t think you deserve to be there. Just get out,” said Waters, who was named one of the most influential people of the year in the 2018 TIME 100.
This woman’s comments were right on time.

Maxine Waters and Trump’s Adversarial History
Waters is a vocal powerhouse, unbothered and unafraid to speak her truth about politics on Capitol Hill – even if it makes her Trump’s target.
Trump has attacked Waters with racist and demeaning remarks and recently said Waters had a low IQ. He has even hit below the belt and talked about her hair. But Waters never misses a beat or an opportunity to clap back. Waters has been one of the most vocal critics of Trump. When Trump goes low, Rep. Waters meets him at ground level.
“Con man Don is gonna keep it up … He comes for me, I’m coming for him,” Maxine Waters said on MSNBC. “I’m not intimidated by him. And so he can keep calling names. I’ve got plenty for him. In fact, everybody knows he’s a con man. He’s been a con man all of his life.”
Waters has become an icon for today’s youth and is affectionately known as “Auntie Maxine.”
Actress Yara Shahidi commended Waters at the 2018 TIME 100, for her boisterous “reclaiming my time” chant that earned her admiration across social media and the world for her unapologetic ways.
“She is adored and admired by people who care about social justice and is oh so eloquent in letting the world, particularly the white men of Congress who dare test her acumen, know that she is not here for any nonsense,” Shahidi said.
