The 22-year-old son of the mayor of Denver had a complete meltdown and berated, ridiculed and cursed a police officer during a confrontational cop stop that was caught on bodycam video, the Daily Mail reports.

He then went into a tirade and cursed the officer out saying: “My dad’s the mayor, you f****ing f****t,” calling him a gay slur.

Denver 7 posted the shocking bodycam video. When Jordan made mention that his father was the Mayor of Denver, the officer responded to Jordan’s off-handed remarks saying: “Of Denver? Well you’re in Aurora.” The officer was issuing the ticket in the Aurora district.

The officer then quips: “Your father is going to be proud.”

Jordan was given a $250 speeding ticket for driving 65mph in a 40mph zone. The officer wrote on the ticket: “Attitude very poor-see video.”

The Mayor Michael Hancock released this statement about his son’s behavior:

“We addressed this matter with Jordan and he has apologized to the officer,” Michael Hancock said in a statement.

“While we do not support nor condone his inexcusable actions and words during this traffic stop, we love our son dearly and support him.”
