Deplorables launch “We Stand with Roseanne” boycott after Black ABC Executive axes their favorite show

It looks like the deplorables are trying to get in formation to respond to ABC’s cancellation of Rosanne’s Barr‘s popular ABC series.

All the drama started yesterday when the ardent Trump supporter and star of ABC’s Roseanne fired off a racist tweet suggesting that former Barack Obama adviser Valerie Jarrett is an ape, reported BuzzFeed.

“muslim brotherhood & planet of the apes had a baby=vj,” Barr tweeted in response to a post about Jarrett.

Barr took to Twitter to apologize for the racist slur saying, “I apologize to Valerie Jarrett and to all Americans. I am truly sorry for making a bad joke about her politics and her looks. I should have known better. Forgive me-my joke was in bad taste.” She says she plans to now leave Twitter (one can only hope for good), saying:

“It’s a joke,” she wrote in response to a CNN reporter.

Well, apparently ABC didn’t find her joke funny and swiftly pulled the plug on the hit series.

“Roseanne’s Twitter statement is abhorrent, repugnant and inconsistent with our values, and we have decided to cancel her show,” ABC Entertainment president Channing Dungey said in a statement.

And then things then went from bad to worse for the deplorables, when Roseanne Barr was dropped by her talent agency ICM and the networks carrying reruns of Connor family show were also removed from TV schedules.

But the deplorables aren’t wasting any time rallying their troops to send ABC and Dungey a message over their butt hurt feelings.

No word yet from the deplorables’ fearless leader, Donald J. Trump on the matter but it’s likely only a matter of time before the president weighs in given his ardent support for the show and Roseanne Barr in the past.
