Odell Beckham Jr. caught up in another scandal after former friend claims he paid woman $1,000 for sex
Odell Beckham Jr.’s former friend, who is suing him for an alleged beatdown, has made new claims saying there’s proof the New York Giants wide receiver tried to pay for prostitution.

New court documents revealed by TMZ Sports, and filed by Ishmael Temple, alleges that the NFL star player tried to pay a woman $1,000 for sex.
Temple’s attorney Emmanuel Nsahlai reportedly sent an email to Beckham’s legal team saying they “have evidence of your client offering $1k to sleep with a girl from Arizona visiting L.A. known to my client.”
“I believe it’s a felony, but you are free to look that up yourself,” Temple says.
Beckham’s team, however refutes the claim and said it’s nothing more than an extortion attempt.
“Mr. Beckham denies the recently added allegations and further denies any wrongdoing whatsoever related to the alleged incident,” Beckham’s attorney, Daniel Davillier, told The Post in a statement.
“As stated before, He will not be extorted and his position as to the pending suit has not changed,” Davillier added. “Specifically, Mr. Beckham’s legal team remains fully prepared to vigorously defend against these outlandish and unsubstantiated claims. We are preparing a complaint against the Plaintiff and his attorney for civil extortion.”

Nsahlai also said besides evidence of prostitution his client has “evidence of drugs of the most prohibited types” being “readily available and consumed” at Beckham house parties.
Temple is suing Beckham for $15 million, stemming from an incident in January where he said the football star had his employees violently attack him and broke his teeth, TMZ Sports reported.
Beckham’s team has filed motions to dismiss the case and he had denied any wrongdoing.
This latest sordid story breaks just a few months after Beckham was in the headlines for another scandal.
While the charismatic football star was on a Nike-sponsored trip to Europe last march, Odell Beckham Jr appears in a video with aspiring French model, Laura Cuenca. In the video it appears that she’s holding a credit card while cutting up a suspicious white substance. Beckham is sitting close by on a bed with a cigar of some sort in hand, while in front of a pizza box.
New York Giants officials have reportedly already reached out to Cuenca to question if Beckham was engaged in drug activity.
Cuenca took to Instagram to flatly deny the allegations writing:
“No. He did not take any drugs!” an adamant Cuenca reportedly wrote in her native French during a private exchange on Instagram to New York Daily News.
When asked if there were any drugs in the room, however, Cuenca chose not to respond. When asked to clarify what Odell Beckham was holding, Cuenca told the NY Daily News it was “a piece of pizza.”
Odell Beckham took to Twitter Friday morning and tweeted: “Old news still makes a good story….I guess. #CatchUpWereIn18” alluding to the fact that the video was old.
