Love & Hip Hop Atlanta star Tommie Lee was arrested this week after an incident at her child’s middle school in Georgia.

Tuesday, Tommie (whose real name is Atasha Chizaah Jefferson) was taken in by Cobb County Police after allegedly shoving her daughter’s head into a locker during an attack at Griffin Middle School in Smyrna, GA.

According to WSB, she was charged with felony aggravated assault, simple battery, first-degree child cruelty and disruption of public schools.

Tommie was released from jail and posted a $27,000 bond Wednesday morning.  It remains unclear what she was doing at the school, or what led to the violent altercation, but according to TMZ, after her release she was given a court order to stay away from the child.

However, just three hours later she allegedly violated that order and was sent back to jail for the second time in a 24 hour period. And this time, she’s “being held without bail.”

Unfortunately, this isn’t the 34-year-old’s first run-in with the law. Most recently, in July she was arrested after police said she refused orders from officers and hit a valet on the head.

While the valet chose not to press charges, the reality television star was charged with “disorderly under the influence” and booked at Atlanta City Detention Center. In February of this year she was accused of attacking an Atlanta mall employee, and in May of 2017, she was also booted off a Delta flight in Atlanta, for being under the influence.

“Tommie was absolutely not drunk,” her rep told HollywoodLife.com after her scuffle with the airline. “Tommie’s best friend passed away and she was on a flight to Miami specifically for the funeral service. Tommie was visibly upset on the flight and was asked if she would be open to being re-booked on a separate flight. Once Tommie exited the flight she was given a travel voucher to board the next flight.”

The aspiring musician was suspended from filming her VH1 show last season, after attacking producers and members of the camera crew on set. But despite her cast mate’s vocal concerns about her behavior when she drinks, she maintains that she’s not an alcoholic.
