On Wednesday, Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Randolph Hammock kept the majority of the reality star’s 317-paragraph complaint alive in her slut-shaming case against her baby daddy Rob Kardashian, striking just six paragraphs, The New York Daily News reports.

The Kardashians have reportedly been trying to get Chyna’s case thrown out of court.

“For over a year, Blac Chyna has been fighting to get her day in court against Robert Kardashian, Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian West, Khloe Kardashian and Kylie Jenner. Chyna alleges that she was slut shamed, defamed and the victim of a plot to kill her hit show, ‘Rob & Chyna,’ causing her significant financial damages,” Bloom said in a statement after the decision.

“The Kardashian family has filed numerous motions with the court, seeking to have the case thrown out so that Chyna would not get to present her case at trial. As her attorneys, we have fought these motions every step of the way, and the case has remained alive,” Bloom said.

“Chyna will therefore be permitted to have her day in court,” Bloom said. “We look forward to getting a trial date next month and aggressively fighting for Chyna’s rights at trial.”

Her former reality star ex Rob Kardashian reportedly posted nude photos “revenge porn” of Chyna on Instagram after the two of them broke up. She has since sued him for revenge porn. Chyna also made claims that the Kardashians conspired to ruin her and pulled the plug on her Rob & Chyna reality show.

The Kardashian’s lawyer Shawn Holley, however, framed the decision Wednesday as a win for the Kardashian team.

“The Bloom Firm’s press release is not an accurate statement of what happened in court today,” Holley, the Kardashian lawyer, said in her own statement.

“In fact, the Kardashians have successfully chipped away at Ms. White’s outlandish claims since her lawsuit was filed, culminating in today’s hearing — a hearing at which the Court invited counsel for the Kardashians to seek attorney fees against the Bloom Firm for their failure to support Ms. White’s spurious allegations with actual evidence,” she said.

Blac Chyna’s other battle

Last week, Chyna found herself under fire after reports surfaced that she was planning to release her own line of skin-lightening cream. Not surprisingly, her fans are NOT feeling it.

According to People, the 30-year-old mother of two partnered with beauty brand Whitenicious by Dencia to launch her own line of creams that claim they can restore the skin’s “natural glow,” by attempting to make you look like a white woman (privilege sold separately.)

Last tuesday, the Ads for “Whitenicious X Blac Chyna Diamond Illuminating & Lightening Cream” began popping all over Instagram. In one of the ads, Rob Kardashian’s baby mama can be seen holding up a $250 Swarovski crystal-studded jar full of self hate, while his bother in law Yeezy’s hit “Flashing Lights,” plays in the background.
