Lyte previously gushed about her entrepreneur hubby in an interview with Essence shortly after their wedding in August 2017.

“It was so beautiful and a fairytale,” Lyte told the publication about their nuptials. “I got my king.”

The “Ruffneck” rapper went on to talk about how the couple first connected in 2016, explaining that she saw “so much honesty and truth in his eyes.”

“My biggest thing with dating was to be vulnerable. And with him, I could totally let go and be myself,” she added.

Lyte and Wyche married at Sandals Royal Caribbean Resort in Montego Bay, Jamaica after meeting on Match.com. The Marine Corp veteran had nothing but nice things to say about his wife at the time.
