Michelle Obama was not feeling President Trump's debate performance.

“If you were turned off by the President’s behavior last night, I feel you. Believe me, I do,” Obama wrote. “But we can’t let him win by tuning out altogether. That’s what he wants. So turn those feelings into action—turn them into votes for my friend, @JoeBiden. It’s the only way we can get out of this chaos and restore some stability to this country.”

Obama then explained why she thinks voting for Biden is the only way we can restore order in the United States.

“It’s the only way we can get out of this chaos and restore some stability to this country. You can start by reaching out to everyone you know,” she continued. “Make sure they’re registered. Make sure they know how and when they’re going to vote. And then follow up with them, every day, to make sure they cast their ballot. Because in this election, we’ve got to vote for Joe in numbers that cannot be denied. iwillvote.com.”

“If you think things cannot possibly get worse, trust me, they can; and they will if we don’t make a change in this election,” said Obama. “If we have any hope of ending this chaos, we have got to vote for Joe Biden like our lives depend on it.”

Obama said that our American history is on the line.

“We want to be able to look our children in the eye after this election,” she added at the virtual convention. “We have got to reassert our place in American history. And we have got to do everything we can to elect my friend, Joe Biden, as the next president of the United States.”
