Chris Rock jokes Tiffany Haddish cut off her hair after taking mushroom tea
Chris Rock jokingly told Ellen DeGeneres there were a lot of drugs involved at the 'Chappelle Summer Camp' comedy show
According to Chris Rock, when he joined Dave Chappelle and other comedians in Yellow Springs, Ohio for the Chappelle Summer Camp show, the comedians did more than just crack jokes.
Rock recently spoke with Ellen DeGeneres over video chat and gave her the inside tea on what happened when Chappelle invited a bunch of comedians to see the live taping of his show. The series has now been canceled after a slew of crew members were exposed to coronavirus. Rock told the talk show host there were a lot of drugs involved and the real reason Tiffany Haddish cut off her hair.
The comedian first told DeGeneres he wasn’t sure if he should give her the details or not.

“I was trying to be nice ’cause your show’s on in the daytime, but we do lots of drugs. Not the hard stuff. We’re like before coke. There’s a lot of weed — there’s way more weed than anyone should ever have — and there’s a lot of mushrooms,” said Rock.
He explained that Chappelle ordered a private chef who served meals that included weed and mushrooms. DeGeneres asked if all the comedians took part in the drug-infused foods.
“We’re in a cornfield in a pandemic, what do you got to lose? What are you waiting for?”
Rock says the food and drinks are what made Haddish cut her hair.

“Tiffany Haddish drank the mushroom tea and cut her hair the next day,” said a laughing Rock. “I know she likes to act like, ‘Oooh, Common told me he loved me with no hair.’ No no, it was the mushroom tea talking.”
Haddish made headlines over the summer after she cut off her hair and revealed she is dating rapper, Common.
As reported by theGrio, Haddish cut off all her hair on an Instagram Live. She posted a caption to explain to her fans why she decided to chop off her hair.
“I cut all my hair off cause I want to see my Scalp. I know my whole body I know where every mole is but I don’t know my Scalp. So hello Sclap #SheReady to everything.”
