Move over Cardi B, Megan Thee Stallion’s new Fashion Nova collection has surpassed the sales of the “Money” rapper’s Spring 2019 clothing line with the brand.

Megan, (born Megan Jovon Ruth Pete), reportedly raked in $1.2 million in one day with her Western-inspired “Hot Girl” gear, TMZ reports.

The 106-piece collection includes dresses, pants, corset tops and Denim jeans. The 5ft10 Houston native previously explained that she teamed with Fashion Nova to represent for the tall and curvy girls.

In an interview with Teen Vogue, she said: “When everything hugs the right places and complements your natural figure you can’t help but feel good. That’s what this whole collection is about.”

She was also inspired to launch the line by her own struggle to find clothes that fit.

“Whether it was because the leg length was too short or the booty area was too tight, there would always be clothes or styles I’d [want to] wear, but just couldn’t find that would fit a tall girl with shape,” Megan said.

Fashion Nova is known to use celebrities and Instagram to promote its styles and reach millions of social media users globally. Cardi B partnered with the fashion-giant to release her own collection in 2018 and it was a massive success. When her second line dropped a year later, it sold out with the Bardi Gang in one day.

Megan’s new collection sold more than her “WAP” sister because Fashion Nova anticipated high demand and had more product ready, unlike when Cardi’s sold out, according to TMZ.

“I want all the hotties to be able to wear this collection, so working with Fashion Nova who have all the hottest looks at affordable prices just felt organic in that sense,” Megan explained to Teen Vogue.

The hip-hop star turned to women with all body types to model her new items, ranging between $25 and $200. Megan’s successful collaboration with Fashion Nova coincides with the release of her first studio album, Good News, which dropped Friday (Nove. 20).

As theGrio previously reported, the album features a song called “Shots Fired,” on which she addresses being shot, allegedly by Tory Lanez.  She also calls out her former best friend, Kelsey Nicole, referring to the pair allegedly conspiring to harm her.

“You want the M’s, and not the top, I guess that made my friend excited / Now y’all in cahoots, you a puss in boots / You shot a 5’10” b***h with a .22 / Talkin’ ’bout bones and tendons like them bullets weren’t pellets,” Megan blasts on “Shots Fired.” “A pussy n*gga with a pussy gun in his feelings / Okay, he in the backseat and he keep callin’ me a bitch (He a bitch) / We all know this shit I coulda came back with (Lil’ ass n*gga).”

She continues: “He talkin’ ’bout his followers, dollars and goofy sh*t / I told him, ‘You’re not poppin’, you just on a remix’ (What’s poppin’?) / Now here we are, 2020, eight months later / And you still ain’t got no f**kin’ justice for Breonna Taylor (Breonna Taylor).”

The song, the opening track on her debut, features a sample from the 1994 jam “Who Shot Ya,” by Notorious B.I.G.

Lanez was charged in October with assault with a semiautomatic firearm, personal use of a firearm and carrying a loaded, unregistered firearm in a vehicle. He’s also accused of inflicting great bodily injury as it relates to his shooting case with Megan Thee Stallion.

Just this week, Lanez pleaded not guilty to felony assault charges via his attorney.
