The President and First Lady are poking a little bit of fun at each other by releasing videos for the fifth anniversary of the “Let’s Move” campaign, and Michelle Obama’s might have just taken the cake.

“Hey @POTUS! This is how you #GimmeFive, FLOTUS-style,” she wrote on Twitter accompanying her 30-second video (the YouTube version is 2 minutes) showing her workout routine.

In the video, the First Lady can be seen jumping rope, lifting a medicine ball up and down, completing bench jumps, lifting the dumbbells from an inclined position and donning boxing gloves for some drills. By the end of the routine, she winks, lifts a glass of water and says, “Don’t forget. Always drink up.”

The video was released with this note from Michelle:

I want to emphasize that you should only do exercises like these with a coach or a parent around to make sure you’re using the right form. That’s how you can both get active and stay safe.

She also used Twitter to share her five favorite ways of relaxing, her top five workout songs, and five ways she likes to exercise with the first daughters.

The First Lady’s exercise video came after her husband released a video of his own, showing himself and Vice President Joe Biden running and drinking glasses of water.

The video also talks about how the President orders vegetables and sometimes holds walk-and-talks rather than seated meetings and ends with the lighthearted challenge to his wife: “That’s me. What about you?”

We think the First Lady definitely won this round!
