Friday evening, First Lady Michelle Obama almost broke the internet when photos began to surface of her looking stunning at the White House dinner for Chinese President Xi Jinping.
FLOTUS chose an off-the-shoulder mermaid gown by a Chinese-American designer Vera Wang with her long hair swept off to one side, and social media collectively gasped in appreciation.
President Obama, in usual fashion, smiled on proudly as the world took in his gorgeous wife.
It all started with this post.

I woke up feeling like my First Lady. When someone doesn't know you personally but your spirit, your poise, your passion, makes them feel like they do. May the life we live be a light daily to the path of our loved ones and beam so brightly it shines in the lives of those we've yet to come in contact with. #flotus #grace #queen #love #happy #magnet #pumppower #heels #lawofattraction #goodmorning
