‘Taylor got a call’: Amber Rose defends Kanye In Swift Feud

While Amber Rose has had her own beefs and feuds with Kanye West and his wife Kim Kardashian, that is not stopping her from speaking out on his behalf in the whole Taylor Swift drama.

Rose is confident that West would not have insulted Swift in the manner he did in his song “Famous” if Swift had not given him permission.

“So, I’m not the biggest fan of Kanye,” she said on the latest episode of “The Amber Rose Show.”

“But I was next to him at the VMAs that year … I remember the repercussions after that,” she went on to say about the incident in which West interrupted Swift’s Video Music Award speech back in 2009.

“I remember Taylor’s mother and father coming up to us and saying, ‘One day Kanye, you’ll have a daughter and somebody is going to do that to you,'” she remembers.

“He was so remorseful. I mean he really felt so bad, because it wasn’t about Taylor. It was about Beyoncé and her video … he didn’t want to interrupt Taylor — he didn’t even know who she was at the time,” she added.

Back then, after that happened, stars went on to boycott Kanye’s work.

“I watched Lady Gaga cancel the tour. I watched people say that they did not want to work with him anymore because of it,” she went on.

“I know that Kanye would never ever go through that again by not calling Taylor and say, ‘Heads up, I’m about to go write this verse real quick. Just wanted to make sure you’re cool with it.’ I know that about Kanye,” she stated.

These statements from Rose came after Kim Kardashian exposed Swift in some Snapchat videos released this week. The videos seem to record Kanye telling Swift about the song and some of the lyrics that would be in it.

While Swift acknowledges she knew about the line where Kanye says he and Taylor might still have sex, she claims he never told her that she would be referred to as “that b—h.”

Just because Rose is defending West in some regards when it comes to the song, she didn’t waste any time slamming him for using a naked likeness of her in the video for the same song.

“Why didn’t I get a phone call for using a naked wax figure in your video Kanye?” she asked.

“I mean, Taylor gets a call but I don’t get a call. So please stay the f— out of the news so I don’t need to talk about your ass anymore,” she went on to say.
