On Wednesday morning, a gunman killed three people and wounded two others during a shooting at a Maryland office park.

The suspect, Radee Labeeb Prince, 37, is being sought out by authorities after apparently fleeing from Emmorton Business Park following the shooting. Authorities also believe that Prince might be connected to another shooting in Wilmington, Del., which took place on the same morning.

Harford County Sheriff Jeffrey Gahler told reporters that Prince is considered to be armed and dangerous and described his vehicle as a 2008 GMC Acadia with Delaware license plates.

Officials said that the five employees who were shot were all at Advanced Granite Solutions. Three were killed, and the two injured were shot in the head.

Barak Caba, the owner of the company, said that Prince had been a machinist there for the last four months. Gahler stated that authorities do not believe Prince had any accomplices.

Officials also do not believe that this is a case of terrorism but that it was a targeted attack, characterizing it as an instance of workplace violence.

Details about the second shooting in which Prince was a suspect, according to NBC affiliate WBAL, were not immediately available at the time.
