Daniel Kaluuya, never change.

“White people say some really weird stuff to you,” the ‘Get Out’ actor hilariously revealed on the Late Show with Stephen Colbert this week.

Fresh off his ‘Best Actor’ win at the NAACP Image Awards, Kaluuya explained to Colbert how ‘Get Out’ has really brought out the awkwardness in some of his interactions with white folks who have seen the movie.

Watch the exchange in the clip below: (starts around 2:00)

Kaluuya explained that some white people anxious to prove they’re ‘down,’ have found a new way to let him know they would “vote for Obama three times.”

“The new version of that is, ‘I’ve watched Get Out three times,'” Kaluuya said. “Or like ‘Oh, Steph Curry.'”

Yep. That’s weird as hell.

The entire clip is worth watching because Kaluuya also shares how he completely lost his mind when he met Denzel Washington and then later got a chance to hug Oprah.

Kaluuya’s star is going nowhere but up.
