Mike Tyson is one proud father.

Tyson took to Instagram on Monday to show off some footage of him training his 15-year-old son, Miguel Leon Tyson. Although Tyson said that his son wasn’t training to be a champ or anything, instead “just trying to stay fit,” it looks like Miguel already has some good moves.

Tyson said that his son “just started,” but already, people on social media are wondering if Miguel might be poised to follow in his father’s footsteps, according to ESPN. After all, Tyson was the youngest ever heavyweight champion when he beat Trevor Berbick in 1986 at just 20 years old.

Competition for Deontay Wilder?

Others on social media couldn’t help but wonder if the training wasn’t a little bit directed. After all, current heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder recently claimed that he could take on Tyson even when he was at his prime, according to TMZ Sports. Maybe Miguel could knock him off his perch in a few years.

But British heavyweight champion Lennox Lewis, who KO’d Tyson in 2002, said that Wilder didn’t know what he was talking about.

“I just heard @BronzeBomber said he would destroy a young @MikeTyson,” Lewis wrote on Twitter. “My thoughts are that it’s easy to talk until you actually get in the ring. I like Wilder but he’s never been in there with someone that ferocious who truly wants to break his ribs with every punch. I don’t see it!”

He went on to tell Wilder to stay in his lane and focus on his championship status in the here and now.

“My best advice to the entire crop of young heavyweight champs is to focus on being the best of YOUR era! Out of respect and reality,” he wrote. “It’s unprovable. Of course people asked, but I found no need to speculate or compare myself to my idol Ali or any other of the past greats.”
