Lupita Nyong’o turns 35 today and we want to celebrate all the reasons the Black Panther actress is #winning.

The Oscar winner will reunite with her Black Panther costar, Danai Gurira, for a TV adaptation of Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie’s Americanah.

The actress has reportedly had the rights to the critically acclaimed novel about two lovers ripped apart during a migration to the West from Nigeria for quite some time and originally planned to turn the novel into a movie.

Now, she’s planning to take the project to the small screen with a mini-series starring Daniel Oleyowo.
