Boxer loses $150,000 at Jay-Z’s club and we have questions
Boxing champ Jermall Charlo got into a bar brawl in Brooklyn and lost $155,000 in cash and jewelry.
Clearly, we have a few questions…
Charlo got into a fight at Jay-Z’s 40/40 club and thought his assistant he was partying with in Manhattan was holding onto his expensive goods while he was engaged in the altercation.
But aren’t you not allowed to fight in these streets as a professional boxer?
Reportedly when the middleweight fighter returned to his seat, the money was gone and his assistant claimed she passed it to another woman who took off with the bag containing $40,000 in cash and $115,000 worth of bling.

Why would your assistant pass the bag along to a stranger? We assume you checked lost and found already…
According to cops, the woman escaped from the club with the bag along with four friends.
The altercation happened around 3 a.m. according to police.
Didn’t your momma ever tell you nothing good happens after midnight in the club?
Earlier that night Jermall Charlo had a boxing bout at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center according to a Boxing Scene report. He had been scheduled to fight Hugo Centeno Jr, but the fight was postponed due to Centeno suffering a rib injury.

Could this have just been part of the setup for the heist? We feel like this could be a plot line to the Rock’s next movie…
Police are now looking for the woman and her entourage that robbed Jermall Charlo and say they have their likeness from the security camera.
Party like a roc-star
It seems Jermall Charlo likes to party in Jay-Z fashion.
Jay-Z didn’t spare a dime when it came time to show his friends some love last month. The award-winning rapper dropped six-figures as fast as he drops 16 bars on a track, for his homie Juan ‘OG’ Perez’ 50th birthday in February. Perez runs Jay’s Roc Nation Sports empire.
The party of five included Jay, Perez and his cousin Emory Jones, Roc Nation’s CEO Jay Brown and COO Desiree Perez, who is Juan Perez’s wife.
The group of longtime friends reportedly first hit up Zuma, where Jay-Z shelled out $13,000 for dinner, and then they stopped by Made in Mexico, where he spent $9,000 for the bar tab, according to the Daily Mail.

When they got to Playroom the happy party revelers celebrated with 40 bottles of champagne and a cake that read: #RocBoys. #50.
The tab totaled a whopping $91,000! The Daily Mail reports that a server shared the bloated receipt on Snapchat. Jay-Z order 20 bottles of his Ace of Spades Champagne at $1,200 each and 20 bottles of his Ace of Spades Rose at $2,500 each.
Talk about wine and dine!
