Tiffany Haddish is on a roll this month!

First, the in-demand comedian was confirmed to host this year’s MTV Awards, received a special shout out from Beyonce herself, killed it at the Oscars with Maya Rudolf now she’s landed a major new movie role.

Deadline reports that Tiffany Haddish is teaming up with Tyler Perry for his forthcoming movie The List. Haddish will star alongside Tika Sumpter (The Haves and the Have Nots) and Omari Hardwick (Power) for the Paramount Players flick.

Tyler Perry wrote the movie and will also be directing and producing the comedy for a November 2, 2018, release.

So, will it be funny with our favorite funny girl?

Decide for yourself.

The synapsis reads as follows: “When her wild sister (Tiffany Haddish) gets released from prison and re-enters her life, Danica (Tika Sumpter) is forced to accept that she may be getting ‘catfished’ by an online boyfriend whom she has never met in person.”

Tiffany Haddish sounds like she’s completely perfect for this role, especially given her hilarious performance in Girl’s Trip.

This is the second role that Tiffany Haddish has signed within the past 30 days. Only a few weeks ago, it was announced that Haddish will star opposite one of our other favorites, Melissa McCarthy in a film based on a 2014 comic book series.

In The Kitchen is reportedly a classic mob story that takes place in 1970s Hell’s Kitchen and follows a group of Irish mobsters who are sent to prison, prompting their wives to take over the organized crime operation and who become more ruthless and vicious than their gangster husbands ever were.

We assume that Haddish and McCarthy will be spinning and weaving their best comedy bits into this flick.

Clearly, Tiffany’s ready!
