WATCH: Tiffany Haddish jumping Oscar velvet rope to meet Meryl Streep is hilarious
The comedian was hell-bent on meeting one of her favorite actresses.
Even though Tiffany Haddish has rapidly carving out her own spot on Hollywood’s A-List, she isn’t above breaking down barricades to get to her favorite celebs.
Tiffany Haddish had her ultimate fangirl moment at the Oscars on Sunday when she jumped over a velvet rope that stood in the way of her and one of her faves, Meryl Streep.
The Girl’s Trip actress wasted no time when she saw Streep heading down the red carpet and decided to make a bee-line to the legendary actress despite the fact that she was in the middle of her own interview.
Tiffany Haddish had no hesitation about hiking up her Eretrian-inspired gown’s long skirt and getting over that rope to see Streep as she made her way into the Dolby Theater.
