It looks like Jaden Smith isn’t the only sibling of a celebrity with a penchant for gender neutral ensembles. This week, Lupita Nyong’o baby brother, Peter, made headlines after he was called out for his love of dresses.

Monday, Nairobi-based website allAfrica published the article, “Lupita’s Brother Thinks He Looks Good in Dresses,” which included a picture of Peter donning a striped, hot pink maxi dress.

The 24-year-old, who goes by the nickname “Junior,” was a good sport about the piece and addressed it good-naturedly.

“Lol. I don’t ‘think’… I know,” he responded in a tweet. Then he followed it up with another more dismissive message: “Thank u, next….”

Nyong’o is no stranger to the spotlight and has accompanied his big sister to several high profile award shows, which is how he ended up being included in the instantly viral selfie that Ellen DeGeneres took at the 2014 Academy Awards, featuring Hollywood A-listers like Meryl Streep and Brad Pitt.

According to W Magazine, the picture of Nyong’o in a dress was taken at a music festival in Nairobi, where his outfit was meant to match with the outfit of his girlfriend Wanja Wohoro, a singer from Sydney and Nairobi.

On social media, the response from his nearly 30,000 Instagram followers was mixed, with some inquiring if this was his way of coming out as gay, to which he again casually quipped, “There is no thought process my G. If a piece of clothing looks good it looks good.”

To further make this point, he also posted a meme on this Twitter account which reads, “Gendered clothing is a myth.”
