In the newest twist in Kelly’s sexual abuse case, attorney Michael Avenatti is reportedly gearing up to hand over yet another child sexual assault tape to Chicago prosecutors that is said to be more disturbing than the one they already have in hand.

This tape however is said to have been filmed around 2000, TMZ reports.

The new tape reportedly shows Kelly coaching the girl through sexual acts and allegedly shows the singer having anal sex with the minor and at one point even choking her.

Avenatti is not done with Kelly either. Sources say he has a third tape that features Kelly with another girl aged somewhere between 13 and 16 and he reportedly knows who the girl is.

The tape turned over to the Chicago prosecutors have helped make some headway in the Kelly case.

Last week, Kelly was charged with 10 counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse of minors, according to documents provided to TheGrio Friday afternoon.

Nine of the ten counts against Kelly, 52, involve alleged victims who at least age 13 but no older than 17 years old the 36-pages indictment says. In the indictment there are four alleged victims. One is linked to three different counts. The incidents occurred in separate occasions between 1998 and 2010. In the State of Illinois, the statute of limitations on sexual abuse against minors can extend as long as 20 years.

At Kelly’s bond hearing Saturday, bail was set at $1 million, on charges of alleged aggravated criminal sexual abuse of four young women, three of whom were underage. He was also made to surrender his passport and told not to have contact with any of his victims or anyone under the age of 18.
