T.I.’s grandniece, Kairi Chapman, was riding in the passenger seat with Precious driving, when the asthma attack happened, according to an Atlanta PD traffic accident report obtained by TMZ.

The two were in T.I.’s 2013 Dodge Avenger when the accident occurred. Kairi informed the police that Precious passed out, leading the car to drive into the telephone pole. The officer who responded to the incident said that Precious was unconscious upon arrival. Although she was breathing, she began foaming at the mouth. Paramedics soon arrived at the scene and took her to the hospital.

Kairi was also treated at the hospital by EMS after complaining of chest pains from the accident but was released later. The traffic accident report revealed that airbags were deployed on the front driver’s side and front passenger side.

When the family heard about the accident, T.I., and his wife, R&B singer, Tiny, immediately shut down the production of their VH1 show, Friends & Family Hustle. Precious made many appearances on their prior show, T.I & Tiny: The Family Hustle.
