It appears that Kristoff St. John may have in fact written a will after all. Christopher St. John, his father, has come forward with a handwritten note that he says contains his son’s last wishes.
Christopher is requesting power over the late soap star’s estate based on a handwritten will that he has. He claims that it outline’s his late son’s wishes for his daughters that was allegedly written two years before he died.
Recently, St. John’s oldest daughter Paris filed court documents asking to be named administrator over the Young and the Restless star’s assets.
The beloved soap star reportedly died without a will, and his daughter is first in line to inherit her dad’s holdings. But Christopher has since come forward, with a will that still has to be vetted by the courts, according to The Blast.
According to the will, St. John wrote: “In the event of my untimely death,” he wanted his daughters Lola and Paris to be bequeathed his money, which would be split 75 percent and 25 percent, respectively.
St. John’s father also reportedly was given a $100,000 check for Lola, and the actor noted, “He must give money for Lola immediately.”
In the will, Kristoff reportedly wanted Lola to gain access to her money in intervals – on her 16th, 18th and 21st birthdays. Paris, he said, would receive a lump sum.

The will was dated Aug. 12, 2017. It also named his father Christopher as the executor of his estate.
Based on the note and St. John’s wishes, Christopher filed the handwritten note with the court and requested power over his estate.
St. John died from heart disease, and the effects of an accidental alcohol overdose, KCAL reports.
The official cause of death reported by the L.A. coroner’s office is hypertrophic heart disease and “effects of ethanol” and is classified as accidental. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, “about 610,000 people die of heart disease in the United States every year–that’s 1 in every 4 deaths. Heart disease is the leading cause of death for both men and women.”
