Authorities have identified the woman who, in a now-viral video, is shown setting a Jeep on fire.

The Macomb County Prosecutor’s Office confirmed that 26-year-old Sydney Parham was arrested for arson.

The brazen crime, which was recorded on Wednesday at the San Remo Villa Apartment complex, took place in Harrison Charter Township, part of northern Metro Detroit.

YouTube user ppv_tahoe recorded the entire incident from the inside of an apartment in the same complex.

Parham doused the back passenger side of the vehicle with flammable liquid from a red canister. After about 5 seconds, Parham dropped the canister and began to light matches.

A match landed in the liquid and caused a small blast which almost sent Parham flying into another car. After falling, Parham gets up, grabs her things off the ground and manages to crawl away.

Naya Ashford, a San Remo Villa resident saw the video on social media. Her car had some ash marks on it, but was not damaged like other cars that were close by.

The local fire department was able to put out the fire and no one was injured. With the help of witnesses and the video, the Macomb County Sheriff’s Office was able to identify Parham.
