Christopher Darden is Running for L.A. County Superior Court Judge

Jan. 11, 2026 – 01:54 – Chris Darden, the former prosecutor in the 1995 O-J Simpson trial, is now running to be elected as a judge in Los Angeles County, California. Darden is hoping to be elected in the March 2024 election. If he does not get 50% of the vote there will be a runoff in the November election. Darden believes his body of work will make him recognizable on the ballot when it is time to vote.
