Aug. 23, 2024 – 02:58 – Democratic strategist Antjuan Seawright lays out the stakes in the Democratic presidential primary in South Carolina, which President Joe Biden and party leaders designated as the first primary state for the first time in history as a nod to Black voters there who saved Biden’s 2020 presidential campaign.
