A police chase in Georgia ended rather abruptly Sunday.

Video from the police cruiser dash cam shows the driver of a white Toyota Scion fleeing from a traffic stop in Alpharetta, near Atlanta.

After a couple of risky moves to pass other motorists, the suspect attempted one last ditch effort to get away.

He opened the door of the moving car and flung himself out trying to get away on foot.

But that didn’t work. Police quickly took him and his female passenger into custody. Both are facing charges in the case.
