As nation’s schools open, Obama hails black colleges

As millions of Americans, wearing new shoes and carrying undoodled notebooks, shuffled back into classrooms across the country, President Obama released a special proclamation today, saluting the country’s historically black universities and colleges.

In fact, the Democrat proclaimed the entire week National Historically Black Colleges and Universities Week and urged “all the people of the United States” to honor those institutions.
