Best R&B Album: Another hard decision between some pretty evenly received albums. What hurts Monica and Raheem DeVaughn here are is the strength of the singles. Fantasia may have this one.

From TMZ.com:

Court documents filed last week by Paula Cook of North Carolina allege that her husband, Antwaun Cook, and American Idol-winner Fantasia Barrino began a “covert adulterous affair” in August 2009 and that the two made a sex tape.

“Fantasia is certain that she is not responsible for the deterioration of [their] marriage,” the singer’s manager, Brian Dickens, said in a statement Monday. “Fantasia will weather this storm with dignity and grace.”

Naomi Campbell appeared at a Dutch courthouse to give evidence at the war crimes trial of former Liberian ruler Charles Taylor after the supermodel lost her battle to avoid testifying. Campbell will be questioned about claims made by actress Mia Farrow that Taylor gave the British model an uncut diamond after a dinner party hosted by Nelson Mandela in South Africa in 1997. Prosecutors say if that’s true, it’s evidence that he received diamonds from Sierra Leone rebels in exchange for weapons during that country’s 1992-2002 civil war.
